We can also help you with specific aspects of a case, including limited legal services such as: providing legal advice, document preparation, developing or changing parenting plans, calculating child support, property settlements, qualified domestic relations orders (QDROs), mediating disputes, and appearing in court. Serving Western Montana Although we are based in Helena, we provide services in a much larger area. Our attorneys can practice in any court in the state, and we are currently serving the following western Montana counties: Broadwater, Butte/Silver Bow, Cascade, Galatin, Jefferson, Lewis and Clark, Meagher, Missoula, and Powell Counties. Outside of Lewis and Clark, Jefferson, and Broadwater Counties, we are primarily offering services for uncontested matters or limited scope representation.
